When you are dealing with toxic people, it's okay to have moments and days when you are struggling with being patient and positive! Don't beat yourself up if your negative emotions got the best of you. Forgive yourself and start again. Find positive ways to express frustration with negative people and come back to yourself with a positive. What are you grateful for? What do you love about yourself? What are you looking forward to? Ask yourself questions to put yourself back into that positive place.

When dealing with the negative ones
Trust me, it will be okay! No one is in a positive mood 24/7. We are human! With the negative emotions that come with us, it is up to us to be responsible for how we behave and react and respond to situations and people who aren't so positive. But when you have those times when you feel like giving up on being positive, just know that you got this! You will get there to where there is more of a consistency of feeling resilient when you're dealing with unkind folks. When people are trying to make things difficult for you, you may not always respond the correct way, we all have our moments, but do the best you can. You can and will make it through. :)
