Giving Grace

We have all been hurt by someone else, but the key is not to be spiteful and negative toward that person. If you want to embody having good character and grow into more positivity, give them grace. Forgive and don't hold that anger against them. It's okay to feel sad and low, but when you forgive, you automatically lift yourself up. It's All About You!

If people are still unkind toward you when you are kind to them, sometimes it's okay to remove yourself away from the situation if you can. Seek the help you need to have a better and more positive atmosphere for your mental health and emotional health. Living around toxicity is never healthy. You come first! If someone is making something difficult for you and it begins to affect you in a negative way, if kindness doesn't work, then that atmosphere is not for you. But keep in your heart kindness, respect and keep your good character.
